RULES

We take our mission of your transformation very seriously.   If you are not serious about making this happen, it may not be your time.  If so, you will do exactly what we coach you on.  There are no exceptions to any of the requirements below in order to achieve the results you have in your mind.  Let’s go!

 

Winning Team will be Determined Based upon The following:
Greatest percentage decrease in…

  • Body Fat %
  • Weight

Measurements we will be taking for statistical purposes

  • Body Fat %
  • Weight on the scale
  • Before and after pics

 

Section I-Meeting DATE Requirements:

  • Success Session 1/4/14 – 12-1:30pm – You MUST be willing and able to meet prior to the start of your challenge for your success session.  DONE
  • Mid-Point Meeting 1/25/13 – 12-1:30pm – You MUST be willing and able to attend our game changing coaching experience
  • Final Meeting 2/15/13 – 12-1:30pm – You MUST be willing and able to attend our final recognition and celebration meeting.

 

If any team member does not attend the meetings, your team will be eliminated from the team portion of the program, but will still be eligible for the individual prize.  It is the responsibility of the team to make sure that each member is on task.

 

Section II-Training Requirement:

You MUST be able and willing to attend every one of your personally scheduled workouts per week.  SIMPLY COMMIT TO IT IF YOU ARE SERIOUS.  RULE: COMMIT TO SOMETHING MEANS YOU DO IT TO THE MAX.

You need to commit to 5 workouts per week combining in studio and in home training to MAXIMIZE YOUR POTENTIAL.

  • Resources: You will simply need a band and door hook to complete these which are available in studio.  This easily supplies you with the resources for a solid 5 workouts PER WEEK!

 

Section III- Nutrition Requirement:

 

You MUST be willing and able to follow the nutrition system as outlined in this meeting TO THE T. This DONE FOR YOU PLAN will require meal planning and preparation to achieve.

 

Section IV- Positive Mental Attitude Requirement:


All we care about as a team is your success.  We will give you all we’ve got INCLUDING SUPPORT AND CHALLENGE.  It is your responsibility to take that seriously and take advantage of this life transforming opportunity.

IF YOU CANNOT AGREE TO THE ABOVE SECTIONS, THIS PROGRAM MAY NOT BE FOR YOU AT THIS TIME.

 

Section V- Supplementation Prescription: 
It is strongly recommended to be using recommended supplements from Body & Soul.  Nothing fancy is needed.  Our most successful clients do amazing with simply…

  • A daily multi-vitamin for your gender
  • A daily Essential Fatty Acid (EFA)
  • A protein shake meal replacements for muscle maintenance, growth and the building of your metabolic system –THESE CAN BE USED TO SUPPLEMENT ANY MEAL IN MEAL PLAN AS NEEDED.

Let me put it this way.  YOU WILL GET BETTER RESULTS USING OUR SUPPLEMENT SYSTEM.

 

 

Section VI- Facebook Communication GAME CHANGER

  • We are a huge team here.  Each team of 3 will be assigned to a Rapid Fat Loss Coach (Ty, Justin, Mike, Rick) who will be there for anything you need.
  • When you need support and want to celebrate success, lets hear it baby!
  • Digital Progress Tracking:  I give consent for my before and after photographs to be used as a promotional tool through various mediums (website, TV, video, etc.). By signing this contract, you have thus provided Body and Soul with a media release waiver.
