We will help you find a team if you can’t find one yourself. However, the best way to find a team is to gather your friends and or family to do this with you. They will be your best support system.
The challenge will be held from January 6th – February 15th.
1.) Kick off Success Session: Saturday Jan 4th 12-1:30pm
2.) Mid-Point Meeting: Saturday Jan 25th 12-1:30pm
3.) Final Meeting: Saturday Feb 15th 12-1:30pm
That is all very individual. We have had people lose as much as 49 lbs and as little as 1 pound in 6 weeks. It all depends on where you are starting out, and how much effort you put into your program during the 6-week challenge.
Where are you are starting from. If you have a small frame or are looking to get stronger, you might not lose as much as someone who obviously has a lot to lose in a different scenario. In this case, your body transformation will be a composition transformation, which is also ideal.
Our biggest focus is on helping you get fit and healthy, whatever that may mean to you. (Keep in mind that the winners are chosen not just by number of pounds lost here, but by the before and after pics)

We are doing a team challenge because having a close knit social support and an accountability system outside your coaches will heighten your success ridiculously. Now, instead of going at this alone, you have an entire team supporting you and relying on you to get great results as well. Falling off, slacking, skipping workouts, and not eating according to the plan are far less likely when others are relying on your success as well.
This is good for your team and great for you! Not only will you bond with some like-minded individuals, but you will also be sure to see some amazing results that you may not have been able to achieve on your own.
This program is specifically for lose looking to drop weight and lose body fat. That being said, if you are a true “transformer” and do not have lots of body weight to lose, but do have body fat to lose, that will be replaced with muscle, these numbers will be reflected in you body fat reduction, which is another measurement of this program.
Although we always want to be the nice guy, the system must be followed with no acceptations. If you are coming to us for our expert advice, please take it. We are certain on the success potential of our program due to its proven results, but cannot guarantee anything short of this approach.
Simply, no. The plan is based around sound nutritional principles that have helped countless people manage their weight before, and it is based on eating whole, unprocessed, and high-quality foods. You likely may be eating more vegetables and fruits than you are used to, but we ensure that you have the knowledge to prepare them deliciously. Rarely is hunger a big issue on this plan; the biggest thing people have to worry about is buying slimmer pants!
