The word fulfillment is an extremely powerful, inspiring, empowering and overall directional word.  By definition, fulfillment means filling full that which the mind perceives is empty or missing.  This is in direct correlation to your highest values in your life.  Your highest value is actually what you perceive to be the greatest void in life.  It is what we feel we don’t have enough of, or most fear the loss of in or lives.  Therefore, it becomes most important to us.  Have you ever lost your car keys?  From the moment you realize that they are missing, suddenly the keys move to the top of our list of importance and priority.  You can look at your highest values in the same light.  Until we feel they are “filled full”, we continue to hold them at the top of what is most important in our lives.  Our own individual life mission or purpose is to travel the most efficient and effective pathway to fulfill the greatest amount of voids, with the greatest amount of value.  This will enable us fulfillment of the highest perceived voids, through the direct application of what is most important in our lives.  Our highest values.   Trevor A. We are held back in our lives many times because of fear. Fear is nothing more than a misunderstood thing in our lives.  Situations which according to our highest values, we have interpreted as being completely dominant on one polarized end of a spectrum.  The negative end of the spectrum.  We look at fear as an animal with nothing good coming of it.  We need to change our patterns of thought and understanding.  Here is how you do it.  Identify and define these fears and ask yourself how would it benefit you if the fear became a reality?  How would it benefit your life?  Lets say you fear public speaking because of the possibility of humiliating yourself.  Let’s say that came true.  How did that humility benefit you.  Did you learn what part of your presentation made you skip a beat and get you off your rhythm?   How did you respond?  How would you respond moving forward?  So you learned from it?  What would you learn? How would it provide growth and make you stronger and more able in your life moving forward.   The more you dig the more you see that good and bad in all situations are in balance.  We only see things according to a delusion we want according to our highest values and nothing else.  Balance eliminates fears and provides your life freedom and unconditional opportunity.

  Many people look at their stumbles when attempting to truly make exercise and nutrition a lifestyle as the end of the world.  We think that just because we messed up once, that it's over and we will never get anywhere.  That is not the case whatsoever.  This is simply a challenge, which is letting you see that the way we just attempted to step ahead, may have not been the best method.  This is what we learn from in order to advance the next time.  We need to look at the situation that led us to fall off and not adhere as planned.  If it was nutrition, what did you go for?  Why did we go for that in particular?  What was the catalyst that prompted that behavior?  There are questions that need to be answered so that we are able to learn and understand our behaviors and tendencies to a greater degree.  This is how we learn and get better, but also where the majority gives up.  It has been proven that we achieve our greatest personal growth at the border of support and challenge.   I think Thomas Edison said it best when he was battling to invent the light bulb.  “I have not failed.
