Quick Inspiration: We never find more time, we create more time.

“There just isn’t enough time.”  Oh the famous words we have all used as a means to justify to ourselves and others as to why we find no value in doing something because the truth is, if it were something we desired or loved to do in our lives, we would create the time for it.   Isn’t it interesting that many times we find ourselves saying that there just isn’t enough time in the day to do what we want to do?  It’s a funny scenario seeing as though we seem to always find time to fulfill the obligations we really don’t want to do, but feel we have to, need to or should do them.   Well its time to change this and create more time.  Isn’t it interesting how the people in life who achieve the most still only have 24 hours per day just like the rest of us?  So what is their secret?  They simply take what is most important in their lives, fill their time with the pursuit of that, and eliminate many less important, less fulfilling actions in their lives.   We all have a value system, organized in a hierarchy with which we filter every situation in our lives by.  The more we fill our time with actions contributing to the fulfillment of these values, the more fulfilled our lives will be.   Transforming our time from the should dos, have to dos, need to do situations and replacing those with actions we desire, choose to do and love to do enables us to create more time for what is most important to us in our lives.  The closer we live towards these standards, the truer we are towards ourselves throughout our lives.   Have an awesome and inspired day!   Trevor A. Today I want to expand on an amazing and inspiring quote from an amazing and inspiring person as seen above. 

Many times in our lives, we set goals for ourselves.  The interesting thing is that many times, these are things which we automatically already question our ability to accomplish them. 

So let me ask you…how are we going to truly soar in our lives and accomplish our goals if we aren’t even able to believe in ourselves along the way?  A drastically important point to realize here is that if we question ourselves with what we have set for ourselves, how are we supposed to follow through with flying colors?

It’s time to realize that our potential as individuals is limitless.  Many times we look at goals that we have and label as “impossible” or just “so far away.”  We self defeat ourselves out of fear. 

We set non-realistic expectations on ourselves of perfection and anything short of that is a “fail” in our book and generally leads to a continual self-sabotage in the process. 

What I am here to tell you is that every goal we set for ourselves is realistic.  The first step is believing in ourselves.  If we are unable to do that, why would we act accordingly and why would be expect others to support and learn from our achievements? 

Also, know that there is nothing to fear but fear itself.  By this I mean, fear is an delusion that we create and label as a bad thing.  We fear that we will make a mistake along the way and our journey will not be exactly as we anticipated.  I want you to know that this is part of the perfection of what will make or break us. 

So what happens if you do make an error?  Are we just going to lay down and give in, or are we going to take that “mistake” and learn from it?  Our “mistakes” along our journey are literally only feedback mechanisms supplying us with feedback to supply us with the knowledge necessary to correct and move forward to the next level of challenge in our journey. 

Without these mini fails, how would we learn?  Our body will always supply us with certain feelings with any actions that we take or don’t take.  This is how we learn and progress towards where we truly want to be. 

So believe in yourself and fear not in your journey.  If we can accomplish this, we can accomplish anything.  If we continue to beat ourselves up and live in fear of what we truly need which is feedback, we are already defeated.

  • Fragile: are fragile if that judgment is negative. 
  • Looking good: are more interested in looking good than in learning and progressing. 

 

Now, the moral of the story is this.  THE ONLY PERSON WHO DECIDES WHAT MINDSET YOU ADOPT IN YOUR LIFE IS YOU!!

 

So from this point forward, let’s not limit ourselves.  Let’s enable continual forward progress in our lives.

Quick Inspiration: Change and Breakthrough are born in DEFICIT

ImageToday I would love to share a quote with you that I heard from a great man named Paul Reddick who is one of the elite fitness entrepreneurs in the world. 

 

“Change and Breakthrough are born in DEFICIT.”

 

When I first read this, I felt like someone just slapped me in the side of my head because this clicks 100% with my extensive studies for over the past year.  Let me explain. 

 

You see, we all have a fingerprint specific value system, which are the things that are most important to us in our lives.  This is how we filter the entire world. 

 

In other words, when we are approached with any situation, internally we are always asking ourselves is this going to be a benefit or a drawback towards our highest value?  We then make our decision whether or not to partake in that particular action. 

 

Now here is where it gets interesting.  According to the universal law of polarity, there is always two sides to everything.  Meaning there is always a benefit and a drawback.  Also according to the universal law of synchronicity, the benefits and drawbacks occur simultaneously and are equal.   This has been proven also through quantum physics.  Now the reason we don’t see this is due to the fact that our value systems are biased, meaning we only perceive what we think is best for us. 

 

We consistently look at situations as one-sided in a two-sided synchronous universe. 

 

For Example: Getting that new job only has benefits. 

- Benefits: More money, more financial freedom, higher-level social network etc.  So what are the downsides?

- Drawbacks: Longer work hours, more travel time so time away from the family, more stress because of more responsibility etc. 

 

So here is my point. 

 

Would you agree that only when we are engaged in actions involving the highest values in our lives are we willing to endure both pleasure and pain, support and challenge?  Otherwise, we would only be looking for benefits to be worth our time. 

 

Now it has been proven that we maximize our potential for growth and development on the exact border of support and challenge, which is when we are aligning our actions directly with the fulfillment of our highest values. 

 

Therefore, when we do so, we are willing to take on challenges or Deficit in our lives because it is aligned with what is most important to us.  We now have a strong reason to follow through and Breakthrough the old barriers, which held us back previously and enter a completely new level of ability and strength in our lives.
