Quick Inspiration: Enjoy Your Week of Freedom?

I am sitting on my porch writing and was about half way through with my inspired writing (which I do at least 1x per week), when I couldn’t help but overheard two of my neighbors ending their conversation they were having.  The exact quote goes as follows

Enjoy your week of freedom who hoo!!  This was in reference to my one neighbor beginning her week of vacation. 

This comment was very interesting to me and stopped me dead in my tracks in thought.  I began thinking “man, this is how so many people really feel.” 

So so many people that I cross paths with and talk to throughout the day are uninspired with what they do both to the point where they feel they are trapped with what they do vocationally as well as many other situations in their lives. 

My question to them is why can’t every week be a week of freedom for all of us?  Why can’t we do what is highest on our values each and every day?  Why can’t we live with inspired and empowered action day in and day out?

Now many of you reading this may be relating to what I am saying, and many may be thinking that this is just a fantasy, but really…who is saying that?  Has societal constructs really conditioned us that much that we feel we need to, should do, and have to do certain things in our lives that are truly unimportant to us?

I say no.  We all have our one thing.  The one thing that we are 100% inspired by and would love to do 24/7.  The issue is that many people feel there is no way to make a living doing these things.  Well, I beg to differ. 

If you dedicate the same amount of time each day figuring out and taking action on what you love doing, that you spend doing what you feel you are trapped from daily freedom, I guarantee you will be able to make more money, live more inspired, more fulfilled and enjoy an entire life of freedom instead of only 1 week here and there.

Quick Inspiration: 7 Crucial Steps To Achievement In Any Area Of Life

ImageNow we all know that it is crucial to have a plan of where we are going along any journey in order to track our progress, adjust our game plan and continue progressing forward.


No problem. I've got an easy doc for you. A simple 7 milestone roadmap guiding you every step to where you want to be.

First, simply write down the end product of exactly what you want in full detail. Don't miss anything or you won't enable yourself to see as clearly.

Next, either work backwards or forwards depending on your preference, filling in your 7 steps.

If you are working backwards, what needs to happen the step before you hit your ultimate goals? What is the. The step directly before that? Continue on.  Working forwards, what is the first main milestone you need to hit along your path? What is your second step etc.

If you really want to accelerate your defined direction, fill in the gaps between milestones. This would be setting your 7 milestones and then defining the 7 steps to achieve and master each milestone. This way you will have 7 direct, and serialized steps to achieve each of your 7 milestones.

Quick Inspiration: Transform the Physical and the rest will follow

It’s inspiring to think about the power of transforming the physical area has on your life. 

Now there are several different approaches to look at all of the areas of life, but for this example, I am going to be using Dr. John Demartini's 7 areas of life as I feel it is the most thorough and enables us to distinctly identify, goal set and empower each area separately. 

 The 7 areas in no particular order are Spiritual, Mental, Vocational, Family, Financial, Social, Physical. 

I am a firm believer that the transformation of the physical area of life holds the greatest effect as a catalyst propelling all other areas of life.   How do I know this?  Firstly because this has been exemplified in my own life, but also from what I have observed happen in several hundred others lives I have helped physically transform over the years.

It’s amazing the power of perception.  How we perceive ourselves is how we present ourselves to others in all circumstances.  If we are displeased with how we look or feel physically, this will show in every step we take and every word we say.  Others are in tune with the “vibes” all of us generate and release at all times. 

The greater we feel, the greater we release that feeling in the form of confidence, vigor and energy in general.  In my life, I had absolutely no confidence before fitness. 

  • This has enabled me to fulfill my spiritual quest by defining my mission to inspire and empower and impact an ever-progressive number of peoples lives.  
  • My mental quest to continually fill my mind with new information I can spread to others helping them along their journey. 
  • My vocational dream by being fortunate enough to do what I absolutely love which is transforming lives on a day to day basis. 
  • My family life by becoming a leader in health to not only my wife and son, but my entire immediate family who are now all involved in empowering the physical area of their lives.
  • Financially, I am blessed to be able to continually expand the scope of people we are able to inspire and empower enabling me to further fulfill my mission in life which is to inspire, empower and impact an ever progressive number of peoples lives. 
  • Socially, I now have the confidence to approach people that I would have never approached in the past now knowing the values of what I have to contribute to others lives. 
  • Physically, I am empowered.  I am in the best shape of my life and it enables me to carry myself in a way I never imagined would be so life changing. 

 

Many look at exercise and dedication to nutrition as a burden in their lives.  They look at it as something they have to do or should do.  What this tells me is that they are looking at it from an angle of societal expectation.  Society says we should exercise and eat right. 

Unless we truly can envision how it will directly impact our lives, it is simply others injecting what is important to them into our lives. 

So here are 2 questions for you. 

 

How will achieving your physical transformation goals benefit what is most important to you in your life?

 

How will the accomplishment of your transformation empower all of the above areas of your life?

 

Completing this will give you more clarity an purpose behind the pursuit of a more inspired, more empowered you.

Quick Inspiration: Maximizing Your Potential As A Leader Through Your Fitness

It’s interesting that what we perceive in our lives instantly becomes our reality.  On the other side of the coin, how others perceive us, also is reality.

  All people want to achieve something in life.  We all want, and have defined some level of success that we would like to accomplish in our lives.   Through my studies, I have found there to be a direct correlation between the level of fitness one displays with their physical conditioning level, and the level of achievement in their lives.   The reason stems directly from the perception of others.   Many people desire to be an effective leader in any number of areas throughout their lives, which is amazing.  The interesting thing is that their physical conditioning level determines our initial view and perception of them as an effective leader, regardless of anything else.   It is statistically proven that when you have 2 people side by side, ready to do the same job that 75% perceive the person in better physical conditioning to be a more effective, more able leader with more stamina and vigor right off the bat.   This is interesting because it means that whatever we do, we will be taken more seriously and earn more prestige simply by being at a higher level of peak personal fitness.   Now morally we may say that this is wrong, but perception is reality.  When we look at leaders and people of authority, we naturally tend to seek leaders who exemplify a picture of health in their day to day.   By recognizing that their wellbeing is an example to others, they earn instant respect and higher level of credential as a more effective leader in any area of life.   Have an awesome and inspired day!   Trevor A.
